Server : DirectAdmin

We are investigating an issue with above server and we'll post update here once we receive more details from Datacenter.

Update 5 (Solved ) : Time 8.50 PM  -  04 Sep 2023 

Database server issue has been resolved, please check your database driven web sites and contact us through support ticket if you face any issue.

 

Update 4 : Time 11.00 PM  -  03 Sep 2023 

Below is the latest update we received from datacenter.

According to the latest report we received from datacenter, All the actions taken to fix the MySQL server issue failed. Currently MySQL and webmail affected. (All other services are working normal.)

They have scheduled MySQL reinstallation Tomorrow (04 Sep 2023).

We are investigating some SQL issues post the disk fix and working to have this resolved asap

Server is online now and and all services working.
